At our company, we prioritize providing reliable and high-quality medical services to meet the unique needs of our clients. We offer a range of emergency medical response levels to ensure that we can provide the appropriate level of care for any situation.
Personnel Training Levels
Basic Care: Ideal for small or low-risk operations, our Basic Care personnel have undergone a minimum of 130 hours of classroom training and are trained in the fundamental patient assessment techniques for responding to medical and trauma emergencies. They are also qualified in the use of Automatic External Defibrillators (AED).
Intermediate Care: Our Intermediate Care personnel have completed the prerequisite EMR program and undergone a minimum of 360 hours of classroom training, including 40 hours in hospital practical. They are trained in airway management with airway adjuncts, suction, and ventilation, oxygen therapy, spinal immobilization, splinting, and medication administration. They are also qualified in 3 lead heart monitoring.
Advanced Care: Our Advanced Care personnel are capable of advanced skills, including extensive drug therapy treatment for medical and trauma emergencies, advanced airway monitoring and treatment with intubation and medication, and advanced cardiac monitoring and treatment. They have completed the EMR and PCP program as a prerequisite and completed a 2-year diploma graduate program. They also have certifications in Advanced Cardiac Life Support, Pediatric Advanced Life Support, International Trauma Life Support (Advanced), and Neonatal Resuscitation Program. They are qualified in 12 lead heart monitoring and interpretation with treatment in the field.
Medical Equipment
We have a range of medical equipment available to ensure that we are prepared for any situation. Our Mobile Treatment Centre (MTC) includes a satellite over cellular GPS tracking system, climate controlled patient compartment, airway kit with oxygen, automatic external defibrillator (AED) with heart monitor, trauma kit, patient vital monitoring equipment, splinting equipment, and biohazard kit. Our Ambulance has all of the components of the MTC, plus 3 lead heart monitoring with defibrillating capabilities, additional spinal immobilization equipment, extended equipment for additional care, and pediatric capabilities.
We also offer an Advanced Life Support (ALS) Package, which includes all the components of the MTC and Ambulance packages, as well as 12 lead monitoring to provide a 360° view of the electrical activity of the heart to aid in field diagnosis and treatment, cardiac monitor complete with pacing and cardioversion capabilities, advanced airway management capabilities and equipment, and advanced medications for pain control, sedation, paralytics, cardiac and trauma emergencies.

Our medical services are suitable for a wide range of industries and applications, including oilfield site construction, drilling operations, completions and workover programs, production, pipeline, facility plant maintenance, and turnarounds, remote medical clinics, confined space entry, emergency response planning, on-site inspections, forestry, mining, industrial plants, municipal construction, and special events.
At our company, we maintain strict standards for our medical units, ensuring that they are new within 3 years, have 4-wheel drive, hold an Alberta Transportation Transport Permit, meet Transport Canada CMVSS rollover protection requirements, and are maintained on a strict maintenance schedule.
