What You’ll Learn
Participants will develop advanced assessment and intervention skills through a structured combination of classroom instruction, hands-on skill development, and realistic scenario-based training.
Core competencies include:
- Primary and secondary patient assessment
- Airway management and respiratory emergencies
- Cardiovascular emergencies and CPR/AED use
- Trauma management (bleeding, fractures, head/spinal injuries)
- Medical emergencies (diabetic, neurological, environmental, etc.)
- Patient packaging, lifting, and transport considerations
- Oxygen therapy and advanced first aid interventions
